We offer maternal leave with salary continuation, regulated according to employment regulations and length of service.
Paternal leave
As a father, you can take three weeks of paid paternity leave within six months after the birth of your child. For longer leave of absence, additional vacation, unpaid leave, and overtime compensation can also be used.
