The Approach
We began by assessing their security challenges, focusing on the regulatory requirements that were driving the need for more robust document reviews. Our solution was to build a scalable, AI-driven tool that would integrate seamlessly into the client’s existing infrastructure.
By leveraging GraphRAG, an AI framework designed to improve information retrieval and generation, we created a minimum viable product (MVP) that automatically reviewed security clearance forms, identified relevant security standards, and provided real-time feedback. This streamlined the review process, ensuring compliance with regulations while significantly reducing the manual burden on security personnel.

The Results
In less than four months, the project transformed our client’s document review process.
